A banda Campeiros de Cristo nasceu no dia 05 de Junho de 2007 na cidade de Ponta Grossa-PR, através de um sonho do primeiro gaiteiro do grupo, que era de formar uma banda e construir uma história através da musica gospel, que em uma ocasião conversou com seus primos(Fernando,Felipe e Cláudio) falando sobre este projeto, e então todos sonharam em começar a banda que até então não possuía nome.

Depois vieram os demais integrantes da banda, e depois de muita dificuldade gravamos nosso primeiro CD Quem eu Era e Quem eu Sou que teve sucesso com a musica É pra Jesus e depois de algumas mudanças no estilo da banda e na formação, Deus nos abençoou com a oportunidade de entrar em uma gravadora Melody Gospel onde gravamos o nosso segundo CD que hoje é sucesso com a musica Eu Fui Comprado e etc.. ". Ressaltou.
Hoje no ano de 2012 a banda tem se destacado ainda mais com seu estilo alegre e contagiante em suas musicas, e teve suas musicas no Top 10 de muitas rádios do Brasil e fora do Brasil em países como Uruguai e Argentina e Paraguai, e só neste ano já tocou para públicos superiores a 100 mil pessoas, e não para por ai, pois a banda se prepara para gravar um novo disco , além do projeto de gravar o seu primeiro DVD ao vivo.
